This is a place that is serious, informative and fun at the same time. In Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, the Caveau de la Mère Minard is a wine cellar that offers more than 400 wine references, 15 bubbles references, 40 spirits references, 110 beer references. The owners of the cellar give pride of place to natural and organic wines and offer around 200 natural wines. Many Uzétien local products are also on sale: tapenade, terrine.... Finally, Mother Minard is not only a cellar. It is also a bar that offers Glou-Glou Miam-Miam evenings on Fridays and Saturdays evenings and other activities. A very pleasant place!
