Built in 1928, the Saint-Dézery winery is strategically located between Nîmes, Alès, Uzès and Anduze. It is famous for the creation of the "Saint D" range, the result of integrated and organic farming, rigorous grape selection, meticulous vinification and 42 winemakers who have decided to slowly but surely shake up the image of cooperatives. An image that's a little out of favor, despite the fine work of some of them. Enjoy your tasting!
