An organic wine producer since 1984, Christian Coste always works the land according to ancestral methods, to give his drinks the true taste of the land. On his 50-hectare farm, planted in the hills of Saint-Christol-de-Rodières, this farmer at heart produces natural or flavoured vinegars under contract. In the same spirit, it also offers mustards with different flavours. Christian Coste supplies itself exclusively with raw materials in France: wine and aromatic plants from Provence, cider from Brittany. Vinegars are not pasteurized, nor do they contain preservatives, stabilizers or sulfites, unlike traditional products.
