In the heart of the vintages on the right bank of the Rhône, Domaine des Carabiniers extends over the appellations Tavel, Lirac and Côtes du Rhône, a total of 40 hectares of vines on sandy soils and rolled pebbles, where organic and biodynamic cultivation has naturally established itself. To make Tavel wine, a long maceration of 24 to 36 hours is carried out to extract the primary aromas of the grapes, grenache 50%, cinsault 20%, clairette 15% and syrah 15%.
