You will need to go first to the tourist office to visit the Saint-Jean-Baptiste collegiate church, which is a fine example of southern Gothic. The Church houses the relics of Valentine's Day, which are released every February 14. In fact, Roquemaure has become the capital of lovers. Many of them hurry there during the winter festivities organized each year. The organ, classified as a historic monument, was built by the Julien brothers of Marseille in 1690 and still in place, the instrument cabinet has one of the most beautiful sets of pipes. It was on this organ that the famous Christian Midnight was sung for the first time, whose words are the work of Roquemaurois Placide Cappeau.
