The Quissac cooperative cellar was created in 1921 and will soon be celebrating its centenary. It is one of the oldest in the Gard! Guarantor of a strong local identity, it now has around thirty winegrowers who invite you to discover their wines, made in the foothills of the Cévennes. A vineyard where you can find the best known and noblest grape varieties of the Cévennes terroir: merlot, cabernet, syrah, grenache, chardonnay, sauvignon, viognier, and which produces IGP Cévennes, IGP d'Oc and IGP Gard wines.
