Located at the entrance to the village, along the edge of large pines and sheltered from olive trees, the Old Almond remains the reference address of this residential village on the edge of the Gardon gorges. The new team, faithful to the legend of this place, has engaged in traditional but creative cuisine, charpentée. Parmentier of winged duck pan-fried of forest mushrooms and its cresson to olive oil; lamelles of pickled cuttlefish and grilled sauce; a trilogy of meat and buds, cappuccino of chestnut cream to the ceps smoked bacon powder will not leave you indifferent. And, after the cheese, why not finish on a tender note with a floating island to the strawberry Tagada, to the colors of the infantile laughter!

Rien à dire sinon que nous avions demandé de prendre l' apéritif tranquillement afin de ne pas avoir l'entrée qui arrive tout de suite mais Bingo ???? ça c'est agaçant surtout quand on le demande. Quand l'entrée est froide on s'en fiche mais à l 'inverse c'est pas agréable car faut tout prendre en même temps : les trucs apéro...l apéro qui ne va pas trop bien avec l'entrée. La serveuse nous a répondu je l'ai signalé mais la cuisine a lancé les Plats. Ça ne retire rien à cet endroit sympa mais si je reviens au moins c'est dit .

Excellent rapport qualité/prix du menu du jour à midi (19€ hors vin). Copieux, très bon. Service rapide et agréable.

jolie restaurant, très bonne cuisine au quotidien, bon vin. service au mieux. je recommande ce restaurant.

la cuisine très bonne et de qualités les gout sont au rendez vous et visuellement c'est très beau.
le personnel et attentif et très courtois. J'y reviendrais surement pour prendre une table et profiter du cadre.
