JUDO CLUB DU LANGUEDOC

Like all Asian martial arts, judo closely combines spirit and body. In addition to strength and physical flexibility, judo allows us to acquire concentration, self-control, respect for the other and rules of good conduct that preside over the practice of this sport. The kimono and belts that bear witness to the evolution of the practice are one more appealing to children, who can claim to be judo for four years. Judo Club is affiliated with the French Judo Federation, and courses are provided by state-run professors.
