We know that swing leads to everything and it is not that nîmois quartet that will say the opposite! Our iconoclastic know how to overcome the standards with free jazz or rock silence of the 70 s. And when we ask musicians what their influences are, they respond random: Django Reinhardt, Biréli Lagrène, Mike Oldfield, groups in The (Ramones, Clash, Doors…) but also Metallica, Pink Floyd, Duke Ellington, Frank Zappa… nothing. On stage, it's forcément, it's gypsy, and it takes a few freestyle freestyle nights to get back on atmospheric patches, because they also like the dub. Assaswing has just released a first album produced and promises to live that does not leave indifferent, even in the seaside cocktails.
