Stéphanie and Gilles, the new tandem is friendly and effective: she, in the kitchen and in the dining room. In this small and cosy restaurant, you have a slate à l'ardoise, designed intelligently with the products of the studios. Various menus that the young leader will be able to reinvent on a concise formula: two entrances, four dishes and four desserts. A map that changes completely every week. This calf with candied lemon and almond carrots of oriental inspiration or this rabbit to pastis that precedes a smoked salmon bowl in avocado or a triangle with vegetables delicately spicy in entry. The unravelled of sweet-salted lamb with dry apricots is accompanied by a square of polenta and candied carrots. To dessert, originality again with the tiramisu to the white peaches or the ice-creams of summer. From the courtyard, fresh on the hot days, we have a good impression of the intimate historic quarter. The architectural ensemble of the "Islet, an elegant example of the" Renaissance, provides a privileged setting for the Aside.

The menu changes completely at each week for our greater happiness as it is often a discovery, and always a delight. The dishes are a subtle flavours in a gourmet restaurant (and I tried some...) for the price of a fast food restaurant!
