A tea-restaurant in the Coupole shopping alley, Côté Gambetta, is Saveurs Sugar and Salt, a safe value from here. The bottom window opens onto the street and lets the natural light pass, which is very good in a shopping mall. A good space between tables and benches provides a peaceful atmosphere. The lunch formula highlights traditional local cuisine (cutlets, poultry, grilled meats) and the famous Thursday couscous. Sugar and salt flavours are more to be sought in exotic recipes, such as the carry Creole that sometimes arrives on slate. Other advantages, the studios, all close, where the cook makes its fresh products races. Let's note, homemade desserts (pears-chocolate pie, melting) for tea time, for example.
