Le Chapon Fin is one of the must-visit restaurants in Nîmes. Christophe and Sandra Ciantar have owned it for 15 years. The chef revisits classic local dishes with an admirable artistic touch. Dishes vary according to the market, the seasons and the chef's inspiration. To our great delight, he develops a refined and creative cuisine, and pays homage to the former owner of the premises, Angélique l'Alsacienne, by offering no less than 4 sauerkraut dishes on the menu, including the Royale, for which the shank is incomparably melting!

Discovered in the setting offer access, we have very pleasantly surprised: original and fine cuisine for a totally reasonable prices! and the atmosphere piano (with a real pianist) in the evening, I loved! examples of originality? the sorbet rocket with candied artichokes, citrus soup with its sorbet cactus... mmmmmh!
