Is not an artist who wants, but this is the case of this famous restaurant in the whole of Nîmes, held by Sébastien Odilo, a passionate kitchen enthusiast who has been able to work the seasonality of the products, mastering cooking to make it its most accurate expression, subtly enhanced by a hint of spices. Aurélie knows how to highlight the Map and advise you on wines for the best of the agreements. In this small restaurant decorated with paintings of local painters where the tables are spaced to preserve your privacy, let yourself be tempted by the haddock of the Ateliers mill nachos in decay or poultry stuffed with flavours of Provence and neighbourhood.
