O 2 l or O Two there is according to… But finally, what matters is that this bar-restaurant, unique in the nîmois landscape, develops a refreshing concept. On the restaurant side, the kitchen is traditional, even if a hint of molecular experiments gives it a touch of originality. There is a tuna tartar and a citronné lawyer; from a crispy soy sauce sauce and sesame or menus where surprises and flavours quickly scroll. As a bistro side, there is also no doubt: one can offer a sip of oxygen, as you will have a coffee to recharge the batteries!
