L'ENCLOS DE LA FONTAINE - HÔTEL IMPERATOR
The Fountain Hotel is the gourmet restaurant of the Hotel Imperator where the easy international clientele, the artists on tour, the selected tauromachy environment enjoy staying. At the map, the basics, the specialties of the gourmet region, the cuisine of the market, the area and refinement, all arguments that enjoy in a beautiful setting. In the large dining room, the tables are flooded with light, thanks to the nineteenth century glass. On the outside, the romanticism of the southern garden, its centenary trees, the fountain and the calm of the enclosure, make it possible to focus on the lunch of a business luncheon, which has to satisfy the greatest number with, on the menu, Saint-Jacques roasted citrus butter, frost verrine apples, rocket juice; for the suite, lamb of the Cevennes in red roasted coffee oil, juice short to serpolet, aubergine caviar to orange pulp. Beautiful home desserts are then offered, such as the Chocolate Imperator: crisp at pralé, foam to Jivara milky, cocoa crumble and lemon cream.

Lindo jardim. Com varias estátuas e muitos canais d'agua. Bom para passear com a família pois é bem calmo
Nous sommes de bons clients nous nous sommes rendus aussi ce jour pour passer un bon moment.
Cela a fini en cauchemar!
L'alarme s'est mis à sonner pendant 10 minutes, les plats très vite servie et les deux déserts servie en même temps.
Nous étions placé à l'entrée donc en pleins passages et les sièges sont trop bas pour dîner surtout quand on porte une robe.
Le personnel agréable mais pas
d ambiance.
Personnellement je ne veux plus y retourner et aussi plus un soir de du 14 février aller au restaurant.
