Mr. Serge Voisin is an emblematic character in Nîmes. The best oysters in the region are open at Serge. The concept is hers and it is simple: here no kitchen and few homemade products, except for this tasty aioli and its excellent mayonnaise. The products of the sea are kings, we love them and enjoy them with great pleasure. And, to vary the festivities, a little tour on the side of the sausage which is selected from Italian producers for Parma ham, mortadella, and other specialties that are just as tempting, or Spanish for the sausage. Mr. Neighbor will prepare your tray for a tasting at home, which will prove to be equally delicious.
