Welcome and correct rates for regional cuisine of character: Lyon sausage, liver cake, pan-fried calf liver, grilled mustard cream, veal head sauce sauce, pig foot, it is a kitchen that one particularly appreciates the winter… The cook is Burgundy and we know it, even if it is able to give the exchange with dishes of the day with local accents, inscribed in slate. The fish map revolves around mullet, pike quenelles, or frogs'legs. Note, in November, new Beaujolais evenings, which here continue.
