Atypical restaurant working with products from the nearby market and offering generous dishes
In 2016, Christèle Sans created this atypical restaurant decorated with a host of small decorative objects. The choice of menus is limited (2 starters, 3 main courses and 2 desserts), as Agnès cooks everything the same day using produce from the nearby halles. The food/wine pairing is perfect. Poultry with hazelnuts, spinach cake and almonds are accompanied by Costières de Nîmes wines.
