At Mas le Clément, you are on the land of Sylvain Cérène. Trained as a chemist, Sylvain Cérène has been working for a few years now on about fifteen hectares of organic farming, making wines from a single grape variety, without any barrel ageing. Result: very good IGP Cévennes or AOC Duché d'Uzès wines! The visit and tasting promises to be very interesting.
In addition, a wine tourism trail has been created on the estate, signposted. And finally, you can choose to sleep in the heart of the estate, in the gîtes that once served as cellars. A great discovery!
