In the image of Courbessac to the east, Milhaud will soon be like some sort of nîmois neighbourhood, so the village has been absorbed as an oil stain through urbanization. Having said that, the village bypass, set up, has restored a semblance of village life to its downtown. Without special charm, the village still welcomes many shops and enjoys its proximity to the great city without the inconvenience of the city.
