With a wealth of experience working with some of the world's top names in gastronomy, including the Michelin-starred Le Vieux Castillon in Castillon-du-Gard and 16 years at the renowned Noailles patisserie in Nîmes, Alexandre Boudry sublimates flavors with his homemade creations, evolving with the seasons. His favorite is the Marguerisienne, a perfect marriage of delicate orange blossom brioche, cream and smooth vanilla chantilly, and delicious cakes in a variety of flavors.

Here's the pretty market in Marguerittes (a small village in the south of France, near Nîmes) to discover on Saturdays from 7.30am to 12pm. You'll find all its stalls on avenue Ferdinand Pertus, avenue de Paris and avenue de Provence. It's all in good fun, and you'll always find a good deal. In any case, you won't leave empty-handed. Themed markets are also organized here to the delight of onlookers. You'll find products sold by local producers. Enjoy your visit!

On the Costières de Marguerittes plain, this family-run business covers 8 hectares. Poultry and pigs are raised here, all in the open air, and the produce is processed on the farm. Charcuterie (pâtés, chipolatas, boudins) is processed on site, while cured ham and sausages are matured in the drying room. The products are excellent, and regularly win awards in the "Gard gourmand, Militant du Goût" competition. Don't hesitate to shop directly at the farm store or via the online boutique.
