During your visit, you will discover the process of elaboration of the seven wines of the domain, red, white and rosé. For four generations, wine has been part of a true family culture. Eric Gravil took over the business from his great-grandfather, keeping the methods of his ancestors: bottling and packaging. If the wine production is sold to individuals who come to visit the cellar, it is also distributed in various businesses in the region. The GRSE range of white, rosé and red wines offers excellent value for money!

L'OLIVÈNE

Olive oil producer

L'Olivène's olives come from their own olive trees. As soon as the fruit reaches maturity, it is harvested and immediately sent to the Cali mill, where the olive oil is extracted using a cold mechanical process. Most of the work is done by hand, by the owners, using organic methods. Picholine, the Gard olive par excellence, is grown here, along with other varieties such as Negrette. This is a "Sud de France" certified product. Alice and Barbara sell their products at markets throughout Provence. Olives, tapenades, everything is homemade.
