With its sea views, attractive prices and intoxicating fragrances, this establishment deserves its success. Described as "the best ice cream parlour in Grau-du-Roi", the store has been run by Guillaume Thevenin for 8 years. His motto is: make good with excellent. He makes around forty homemade ice creams, using natural products (Bourbon vanilla, Sicilian pistachios, Valrhona chocolate...), which are produced in the workshop adjoining the store, and certain "must-haves" such as coconut, chocolate or blueberry remain on the menu all year round.

The idea was born after a trip to the United States, and allows you to compose a healthy, gourmet ice cream. Here, the emphasis is on homemade, organic products and fresh fruit from the Gard region. The process is simple and fun: first choose your popsicle, then a topping. Finally, embellish your creation with a gourmet topping, such as almonds, shredded coconut, speculoos, praline, and many more.
