L’AMARETTE
Created in 1972, it is the oldest restaurant in Port-Camargue. This gourmet restaurant, which was taken up in 2005 by Patrick Molon, who made his arms in the house as hotel master, is one of the essential features of Grau-du-Roi. Chef Julien Trincaz knows the wheels and requirements of a kitchen almost exclusively oriented towards the sea and of absolute freshness. Whether you are attable in an air-conditioned room, or on a terrace if the weather is in the right place (and in the Mediterranean, it is often), you will be able to enjoy delicious dishes, such as Iberian pig fleeced, creamy mashed of cauliflower and almonds, bourride de, lobster and St-Jacques nuts in battle with crispy vegetables.… In addition, your eyes are looking to a paradise setting: thanks to the panoramic terrace in height, you can see the Baie d'Aigues-Mortes, the Sea, the Grau-du-Roi, the Grande-Motte, and in the far distance, the peak Saint-Loup, the bar of Cevennes and Mount Aigoual. An address not to abandon!
