Bruno Malzac sold the Farigoule to Sommières to come to Corconne in front of the cellar of the winemakers of La Gravette. He decided to serve every midday menus with fresh produce and to play the whole house. He quickly made a good reputation by serving simple dishes such as rust, ducking duck, lower coast, stuffed niçois, mustard sauce, mustard duos, skewed duets, etc.
