For Laura Colombelle and Anthony Issoire, priority is given to quality of service and an ambience conducive to tasting the chef's creations, with an attractive, gourmet menu that changes with the seasons: pan-fried foie gras with seasonal fruits, scallops, veal kidneys, fillet of beef with morel mushrooms, fish from the market, duck breast, a generous cheese platter featuring 80 regional wines.... In summer, the terrace is shaded by century-old plane trees. The rooms are classic and relaxing.

Nous avons mangé près des bûches de bois qui nous ont chauffés pendant tout le repas. Nous avons très bien mangé et avons été très bien servi. Nous avons vu des jeunes heureux de partager leur passion du métier, service ou pâtisserie.
