With a common goal but more precisely an idea that became reality in November 2015, Sébastien Jean and Nicolas Olivier made every effort to accomplish and realize their dream, known as the bistro-restaurant Du Nord to the south. The chef Romain Nicod, supported by Sebastien, is in the kitchen while Nicolas in the room will give you unforgettable moments. It is important to note that this happy team has a leader whose atypical and rich journey is an asset of weight. He started at Besançon, then at the Café de Paris in Aix-en-Provence, Alain Ducasse and the bottom of his Food Truck. The formula is simple and effective.
