Along the canal, this Sun is known for its speciality of paréïade, this plate (plancha) of fish and crustaceans, accompanied by rice from the Camargue and which looks a little at the paella. From May to September, the tourism menu celebrates it. It will be accompanied by salad and various sauces for mussels and tellines. For meat lovers, the other local specialty is, of course, the bull gardiane. A family case, held by a father and daughter, who magnifies the land.

We went to lunch with a friend midday Tuesday. We enjoy ourselves. We took the menu (main course and dessert) at the 9th and fortunately because the dishes are copious. Nothing to say. We have been eating very well. Pleasant place, cheerful staff. We will go back one evening.
