The three colors of wine are produced with grape varieties of great renown. And the two winegrowers have several appellations: IGP Cévennes and AOP Duché d'Uzès. On the 40 hectares - nothing less! - cultivated on eight communes of Uzège from the principles of sustainable agriculture, Olivier Galant and his wife have been working since 1998 to enhance the richness of the local territory. After leaving the cooperative, they vinify their first vintage in 2014, perpetuating five centuries of vineyard work on these lands by the Galant winemakers.
