Arphy is a small town in the Cévennes region of France, famous for its delicious home-made jams. Anne Grenouillet, a passionate farmer and jam-maker, grows and transforms fruit and vegetables from her family orchard into over 20 varieties of jam. All jams are produced using sustainable methods, and the jars are sterilized in the traditional way. Available flavors include strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb, pear, redcurrant, melon-raisin, peach, blueberry, orange quince, Cévennes sweet onion, and many more. The house specialty is Cévennes sweet onion jam, ideal for barbecues, foie gras, red and white meats, and cheese platters.
