One of the best restaurants in Alès, with unrivalled value for money. Christian Achour opened his chic brasserie or, as he calls it, "his gastronomic, colorful, refined and gourmet bistro" in 2013, and enjoys the Militant du goût label with its essentially home-cooked cuisine. Seasonal products are delicately prepared, complex flavors are savored, and the menu is varied without being excessive. Service is excellent, efficient and dedicated. The shady terrace and fountain, surrounded by bamboo, give the place a gentle intimacy.

Accueil et service de qualité par du personnel souriant et prévenant. Le menu offre un choix de plats délicieux permettant de plaire à toutes les envies. Les prix restent abordables au vu de la qualité des mets et du service. Un très bon endroit pour se faire plaisir et s'offrir un moment de détente autour d'une bonne table.
