One of the best restaurants in Alès, with unrivalled value for money. Christian Achour opened his chic brasserie or, as he calls it, "his gastronomic, colorful, refined and gourmet bistro" in 2013, and enjoys the Militant du goût label with its essentially home-cooked cuisine. Seasonal products are delicately prepared, complex flavors are savored, and the menu is varied without being excessive. Service is excellent, efficient and dedicated. The shady terrace and fountain, surrounded by bamboo, give the place a gentle intimacy.

Service irréprochable, lieu très agréable mais déçu de la nourriture. On m'en avait pourtant dit du bien, c'est dommage sur le papier ça avait l'air bon mais le goût n'était pas au rdv, si ce n'est pour l'entrée.

Nous cherchions un restaurant pour l'anniversaire d'un ami, nous n'avons pas été déçu ! Repas exquis de l'entrée au dessert. Des saveurs, des couleurs.... Et un service exemplaire, bravo et merci ????Très bonne ambiance et une belle déco. Pour un dîner en amoureux demander une table dans la petite salle ambiance lumières tamisées.
