One of the best restaurants in Alès, with unrivalled value for money. Christian Achour opened his chic brasserie or, as he calls it, "his gastronomic, colorful, refined and gourmet bistro" in 2013, and enjoys the Militant du goût label with its essentially home-cooked cuisine. Seasonal products are delicately prepared, complex flavors are savored, and the menu is varied without being excessive. Service is excellent, efficient and dedicated. The shady terrace and fountain, surrounded by bamboo, give the place a gentle intimacy.

Une magnifique découverte. Cuisine, service, accueil, tout' est parfait. On s est régalé. Repas pour mes 50 ans. Un régal pour les papilles, le service est impeccable. Quel bonheur de trouver du savoir vivre et savoir être. J y rerourne les yeux fermés
