Restaurant serving a cuisine with fresh seasonal and quality products

Here we cook with fresh, seasonal, quality produce. The menu and cuisine are renewed every month. It's also a wine bar, which you can enjoy under the plane trees with tapas for an aperitif with friends. The meat comes from an excellent selection from Lozère, and Pad Thai is also available to take away. Desserts are prepared by professional pastry chefs such as Pâtisserie Veyret and Les Macarons de Bastien. The desire to do better, again and again: "You have to set the table every day" is the motto of the place.

Lors de notre week-end à Alès, tout près de notre hôtel, pour dîner à 2 nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis un vendredi soir.
Une bonne carte, très diverse, bien attrayante nous a permis de passer un bon moment autour des plats du chef et de son équipe.
Une adresse que nous retenons pour une prochaine venue, ayant été déçus ailleurs.

Très bonne adresse avec des plats soignés et bons dans une ambiance de brasserie. Le personnel est sympathique et les tarifs sont corrects.
Mention spéciale au foie gras servi avec son velouté de potiron.
