Quentin and Aurélie are at your side to comment on the menu inspired by the chef's finds on the market, always punctuated with fresh products, and leaving us amazed by these dishes that all whet our appetite: gravlax salmon and herb salad; gambas à la plancha, fregola sarda with vegetables; exotic chocolate desserts.
