For 50 years in Aigues-Mortes, and from father to son, we've been serving traditional, regional, family-style cuisine, from gardiane de taureau to faux-filet, blanquette and sauté. Sylvain, in the kitchen, is the master of the slate, changing the dishes according to the day's produce. For dessert, the Tagada strawberry panna cotta is an original surprise that we recommend you try under the shade of the pergola that covers the terrace. A hotel, run by the same owners, is just 200 m from the main gate of the ramparts.

Restaurant local , avec ambiance Aigues Mortaise , plat familial copieux , acceuil et service par Sylvain et Karl , au top , je recommande a 100 % , terrasse avec vue sur les remparts , hors cohue de la place .
