In a magical setting, this restaurant brilliantly combines the flavors of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

At Boem, Mediterranean cuisine has an Asian flavour. In this magical setting by the canal, there is an air of Balinese beach. two Buddhas guard the small private rooms, and the combination of teak, bright colors and driftwood give the décor a very southern cheerfulness. David Blasco, in the kitchen, creates a subtle alliance between Asian and local products that give extremely tasty dishes. The menu changes daily, so it's hard to predict what the next delight will be from the chef's imagination!
