You'll eat in the superb dining room with its exposed beams and fireplace. In fine weather, the warm patio provides an intimate space for the 30 evening diners. Beef rib steak à la cheminée, scallops à la fleur de sel, or wild Mediterranean fish - the choice is varied, and the menu leaves you breathless. Because the dishes engraved on the menu change from one evening to the next. The range of wines on offer matches the dishes, with a special place given to regional vineyards in the crypt that serves as the cellar.

Très belle cour intérieure avec bassin, oliviers....
La carte du restaurant est appétissante et les plats lui sont fidèles. Cuisson au feu de bois pour le poulpe ou la côte de bœuf !

Finalement, on a pioché à nouveau dans nos bonnes adresses d'Aigues-Mortes, tant pis pour les Templiers.
