At the foot of the mountain, which gave her his name: the great wine cellar at Mont Tauch. 200 winemakers met and produce wines from a multitude of small plots spread around the villages of Durban, Villeneuve, Tuchan and Paziols, where the Fitou represents 60% of the production. The Fitou has the name AOC since 1948 on its red. These wines are on a vineyard of about 2 000 hectares. Carignan and Grenache are the two fundamental varieties used in the production of their wines, with Syrah introduced recently. Here you will find a wide range of choices.
