Chocolaterie-confiserie Nougalet, with a boutique, a gallery, and 10 production workshops, offers a tour with a short film.
The Nougalet chocolate and confectionery factory opens its doors to take you behind the scenes of chocolate making. The tour begins with a short film introducing the chocolate factory, and continues through the gallery and its workshops. During the week, the craftsmen make chocolates, caramels, old-fashioned sweets, macarons, lollipops, etc. right in front of you. At the end of the tour, you can indulge your sweet tooth in the boutique. New for 2024: the Chocolate Bar welcomes you for a (very) gourmet break!

Created in 1951 and located in Trèbes, the Chocolaterie Nougalet is one of the oldest in the Aude. It offers in its store various creations adapted to the evolution of tastes and desires of chocolate lovers. Its pralines made with almonds from a small cooperative in Murcia, Spain, and hazelnuts from Avellino, Italy, will certainly not leave you indifferent. At Nougalet, you will also find a nice selection of confectionery and macaroni made in a traditional way. These are offered individually or in boxes. Here, you will also be able to observe the different stages of the conception of your gourmet treasures. You will dive into the chocolate world of Nougalet while making beautiful discoveries.
