This is the story of a committed cellar, since 1914. Its name, Cellier des Demoiselles, is a tribute to the young women of the village who replaced the men who left for the front and deeply marked the history of this cellar. Nowadays, each of its cooperative winegrowers develops its own vintages, either individually or collectively, under the signature "Cellier des Demoiselles". Committed to an eco-responsible approach, with the progressive implementation of the BIO, HVE and sustainable development label, they do not only make wines, but wines that carry values.
