This hotel restaurant has more than one asset: its location in the heart of the village and views overlooking the river with pleasant water, 7 spacious rooms, and good quality cuisine. During sunny days, you can enjoy the large terrace from where you can hear the lapping of Sals; there is nothing better to get some appetite. On the menu, a traditional cuisine that will relish both meat and fish lovers: rib of beef with fleur de sel, skewers of duck and foie gras, pareillade of seafood, kebabs of prawns, and specialties like the Soviet tartare and péroquet fillet (fish) and pesto. Organic and vegetarian menus are also offered, and, during the low season, the dishes cooked in the kitchen are visible from the restaurant room... The rooms are pleasant, spacious, well-equipped, and have views of the village and the river.

Grande chambre propre avec toutes les commodites.
Restauration améliorée bonne et variée très appréciable après les randonnées de la journée

Très bon rapport qualité-prix en comparaison de location de gîte équipé où l’on doit cuisiner soi même.
La dame était aux petits soins pour nous jusqu’à nous aider à porter les valises
Je recommande les yeux fermés pour visiter toute cette belle région du pays cathare.

Mainly closing for winter but made welcome with 3 large cups of cafe au lait. Just what we needed ????
