Traditional restaurant in Puivert offering generous, seasonal cuisine featuring local produce.
In 2022, Marcos and Ashley opened the Dorival restaurant. Their concept? "Authentic, gastronomic and ethical cuisine". By this they mean generous, seasonal cuisine, highlighted by local produce. A truly traditional restaurant, just the way we like it. Depending on the menu of the moment, we've come across foie gras straight from Ariège, revisited egg rolls, a piece of matured beef... we're salivating! We also like the vegetarian options and the fact that we can indicate specific diets or particular restrictions.
