Chef Pascal Borrell, assisted by Vincent Toucheboeuf, cooks up a fine Mediterranean cuisine at L'Atelier.
Well-known in Banyuls-sur-Mer with his restaurant Le Fanal, chef Pascal Borrell has set himself a challenge by taking over the L'Atelier restaurant adjoining the Le Stelsia casino. The restaurant offers a unique view of the channel, the lighthouse and the beach - a guaranteed spectacle on stormy days! On the plates, the chef offers fine, precise gourmet cuisine, such as the pig cheek confit for twelve hours, with gingerbread sauce, melting leeks, and potato croquettes. Traditional recipes revisited and unique creations for a table not to be missed.

Qualité d'une bonne brasserie. Personnel très sympathique.
Bémol : les tarifs sont chers sur les menus et sur les plats qui restent d'un bon niveau brasserie.
Dommage que le midi, on ne puisse pas prendre que le plat ou entrée plat ou plat dessert avec des tarifs variants.
Seul petit bémol la dose de poivre en grain dans le civet faudrait surveiller la mains lourde du cuisinier.
Même le menu enfant savoureux et généreux je recommande allez y en courant vous le regretterez pas
Un service simple et très sympathique.
Dommage. Mais nous reviendrons.
