Chef Pascal Borrell, assisted by Vincent Toucheboeuf, cooks up a fine Mediterranean cuisine at L'Atelier.
Well-known in Banyuls-sur-Mer with his restaurant Le Fanal, chef Pascal Borrell has set himself a challenge by taking over the L'Atelier restaurant adjoining the Le Stelsia casino. The restaurant offers a unique view of the channel, the lighthouse and the beach - a guaranteed spectacle on stormy days! On the plates, the chef offers fine, precise gourmet cuisine, such as the pig cheek confit twelve hours, with gingerbread sauce, melting leeks and potato croquettes. Traditional recipes revisited and unique creations for a table not to be missed.
