DOMAINE DE FOURN
The entire Robert family cultivates hillside vines falling towards the valley of this beautiful estate, and this has been since 1937. The property is located in nature, between Saint-Hilaire and Limoux, in the heart of the vineyards, the pine forests and scrubland. You can visit the renovated cellar and the underground cellar where barrels and bottles are stored. The wine production of the estate has to do with all that is local and good, white and red local wines, quiet chardonnays with Limoux appellations and of course, all the series of blanquettes and cremants of Limoux that are available in bruts, dry or mellow according to the type of the winemaking, classical or ancestral. The jewel of the range is the Limoux Dame Robert blanquette, stays six years on table before being disgorged. Superb!
