La Brasserie Co is Narbonne's trendy spot, with its bohemian chic atmosphere, beautiful decor and lounge playlist. You'll love coming in early in the morning, sitting on the terrace and enjoying a sweet or savory breakfast, with homemade pancakes, avocado-salmon toast, scrambled eggs and healthy drinks to get your day off to a good start. At lunchtime, the chef concocts "healthy" recipes and gourmet dishes using fresh local produce, such as eggs and ham from Les Halles. Our favorite is the 7h lamb shoulder confit with oriental sauce! Another convivial moment is the 4pm snack. We love it!

J'ai souhaité faire découvrir Narbonne à un ami, et bien évidemment, cela passe par la découverte culinaire ! Je voulais trouver un endroit sympathique pour bruncher et nous n'avons pas été déçu ! La nourriture était excellente (on sait que tout est fait maison !), la possibilité qu'offre la carte est large et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Quant à la qualité, rien à dire... incroyable. Le personnel est adorable et a été aux petites soins du début à la fin (j'ai même eu une adaptation de nourriture spéciale végétarien). Je ne peux que vous le recommander si vous passez sur Narbonne !
