Brasserie du Moulin with terrace, near the city centre, offering a varied menu
The Brasserie du Moulin is the ideal place to get away from it all, just 10 minutes' walk from the town center, with its terrace overlooking the Canal de La Robine, where you can watch the boats and barges pass through the nearby locks. Chef Martin Rouland offers a varied, seasonal menu based on local produce. We thoroughly enjoyed the 4-hour leg of lamb confit with rosemary and Espelette pepper, lightly crisped grilled sucrine, stewed chickpeas, and finished with a lime-glazed soufflé with green kiwi purée.

Le lieu est très agréable à l extérieur nous y avons déjeuner un midi d octobre où il faisait beau .le service a été de qualité il y a un parking souterrain gratuit sous l hôtel

S'il est un lieu ou vous devez vous arrêter en arrivant sur Narbonne, c'est bien "La Brasserie du Moulin" C'est à la fois un superbe endroit très romantique, au personnel digne des plus grands restaurants et à la cuisine élégante, délicieusement raffinée. Nous sommes entrés par hasard, notre bateau était en panne sur le Canal du Midi mais nous y reviendrons dès que nous repasserons dans la région. Vous allez me dire : les prix pour cette pépite ?... Ils sont tout à fait raisonnables !
