A few steps from Rond-Point de la Revolution, Nicolas and Cindy are waiting for you in their restaurant around a "bistronomic" cuisine. Here, the "all homemade" takes on its full meaning, Nicolas makes it a point of honour to do everything himself, right down to his sauce bases! The dishes are superb, the cooking mastered, our eyes and taste buds will be pleased. The menu is short and changes every 90 days in order to work with seasonal products, for example as a starter when we visited the restaurant, gravlax salmon with citrus fruits, garlic mascarpone cream and sweet herbs. Don't miss Cindy's desserts, you might feel remorse such as chou craquelin with praline and lemon sorbet. A word of advice: remember to book your table, the restaurant is small. It is possible to privatise the restaurant every Sunday for lunch for your events (minimum of 8 people) - of course, reservation should be made in advance.

El propietario lo tiene bien montado , tiene la cocina en la misma sala con unas pequeñas mesas , siendo servicio muy cercano casi como si estuvieras en casa
