A friendly restaurant with efficient service and a chef who concocts gourmet dishes using fresh, local produce.
In this Bouchon Lyonnais-style restaurant, Sébastien Viala, who trained with Michel Benoît, a well-known Avignon caterer, concocts gourmet dishes. The chef makes it a point of honour to use the freshest, most local produce possible, such as the swordfish he buys at Les Halles. The chef has mastered the art of cooking, particularly at low temperature, and offers us a traditional cuisine revisited. We were delighted by the pumpkin velouté with truffle oil, the veal daube and the raspberry speculoos tiramisu. Pleasant, efficient service, good wines.

We arrived a bit late in the afternoon and the kitchen was actually closed, but they let us sit and order off the full menu. The service and the cook were very friendly.

We each ordered something entirely different. We had a burger, some fish and a cut of beef with several sides and a salad. Everything was prepared very well and tasted fantastic.
Atmosphere: 4*
The locale is a bit small inside, but the restroom was kept clean. The weather allowed us to sit outside, which was nice.

Très agréablement surpris ! Petit restaurant dans la rue Droite de Narbonne. Une terrasse est disponible pour les beaux jours. La carte semble simple, et pourtant les plats sont excellents et bien travaillés. Les assiettes sont belles. Nous avons passé un agréable moment.
